The service was better than the ice cream!!! I went in specifically for the Toffee ice cream. I was so sad that they replaced it for cotton candy (who does that?). Anyway, I was so sad and Delvin (I think his name was) started offering all the other ice cream flavors that are similar to what I wanted. Still didn't make me happy enough because I really wanted toffee. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was just the nicest guy ever. He offered me a little sample cup of the toffee bites that he had as toppings for other ice creams. I left with a huge smile on my face because he wouldn't stop until I left happy. Love that guy, and I will def be back just to hug him for all his niceness. Thanks dude!

This Ben & Jerry's has excellent customer service. Although there is usually only one person working the store, the shift leader who attended to my friends and I was very attentive. He dropped everything he was doing and assisted us. A tiny cup of Ben & Jerry's here costs a little bit over $4, but it may be worth it considering the excellent service and good product.

This is by far the most raciest store. I was told to leave by the very rude employee on May 28, 2014 at approx. 9:00 pm. She obviously got upset that I interrupted her kissing session with her boyfriend whom was sitting in the corner. The trays where the ice cream are kept were dirty and you can tell weren't cleaned all evening. I highly recommend you take your money else where. Don't waste your time, plus theres no parking

For anyone who knows me, they know that I am the biggest sweet tooth person ever! Every time I would get a Ben and Jerry's ice cream it will always be chocolate fudge brownie. Which for me is every chocolate lover dream ice cream. It's just has chocolate ice cream with fudge brownie. But now I'm obsessed with the Tonight Dough! It has caramel and chocolate ice creams with chocolate cookie swirls and gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter cookie dough. It is honestly so good that I didn't have time to take a picture of it to post what it looks like on Yelp.

Why is ice cream so delicious but so bad for you!! Ben and Jerry's perfect little corner in the heart of Coral Gables has the best creations in these hot Miami days. I have the cookie sundae. Two chocolate chip cookies in the bottom of a bowl, topped with your choice of ice cream (in this case butter pecan), whipped cream fudge and nuts. To say the least amazing! so fulfilling and just right. The employees are friendly although theres usually only one person which makes for a wait at time, that is absolutely worth it.

How can an American not give Ben & Jerry's 5 stars? It's fantastic. Usually after a night of eating or drinking our way up and down Miracle Mile, we always top off the night with a trip to B&J's. They have all of the staples, plus new flavors each week (or so it seems like it's every week). The best part is that they let you sample as many flavors as you want. Their waffle cones are made fresh daily so you never have to worry about stale waffle cones. They are open until midnight on the weekends (Fri & Sat). Just a great American establishment. Real high quality.

They ran out of the new Tonight Dough the day I visted but she told me to come back tomorrow as they were getting a new shipment in. I came in a couple days later, and got a pint to go. All I wanted was less milk in my shake so it didn't taste like I'm drinking chocolate chips floating in milk. I asked for this. I literally just walked out the store and there were two boys working-class the place wasn't full. They took their time. All I wanted was a shake with the right consistency-not a $7 milky cream drink with chocolate chips floating around. I repeat I paid nearly $7 for this. The reason I didn't go back is bc it won't make a difference. So maybe the next person reading this will not make the same mistake. I'm a big fan of the funky flavors Ben & Jerry's come up with. I think this is what separates them from the competition. It's always a hard decision what to get because the combinations are amazing. We went last night and my wife and I opted for the Chocolate Fudge Brownie on a waffle cone with sprinkles. The ice cream was delicious but the waffle cone was just ok. My wife complained that it was bland and not sweet enough.

Great quality ice cream and very well located especially for me that I live in coral gables and work a few blocks away. i hit the jackpot when our offices moved right down the street from ben & jerrys!! to be honest i thought i would go weekly, but ive been a good girl and try not to go more than once a month! whatever you like, they have it. literally the most crazy concoctions of flavors they probably have it! my #1 go-to ice cream is chocolate therapy, each bite/lick is so intense that you dont want it to end. i also go for half baked quite often, but you can get that in pint size at the grocery store. the cake batter, brownie batter, cookie dough, peanut butter swirl, and sweet cookies and cream are also all extraordinarily good!! they also have great ice cream cakes, they usually have a few in stock but if you want a specialty order you need to call in advance. the prices are not cheap, but you get great quality, and they give back all the time with charity events and free cone day!! are you seeing a trend here.. this is like my 10th review on sweets today.. loll... maybe i need to walk over to ben and jerrys and kill the craving already!

My only complaint is that they are sometimes understaffed for the number of patrons that magically appear in the store -- one second the store is empty, the next it's packed, and only one person is behind the counter. The location is great and the ice cream really can't be beat.

This place is way too close to myhouse. The shakes are enormous & very decadent (perhaps too decadent). The funky flavors make it a nice change from whatever is in your grocer's freezer. :) They normally only have 1 person working (I go at night) though, so you may have to wait a bit if they are making one of those intricate shakes!

We always pass on dessert to be able to enjoy the best ice cream (at least for us) in the South Florida area. My favorite original flavor is Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Chocolate ice cream with fudge brownie pieced mixed in... can't get better than that. Then Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream was introduced. It changed my life. This is - without a doubt - my favorite ice cream (non-gelato) in the world! Vanilla Ice Cream with Fudge covered waffle cone pieces and caramel swirl... o m g. I hope they never take it off. Otherwise I would enter a state of terminal depression. There are several tables outside for you to sit and enjoy while watching people pass by and leave drool marks all around the sidewalks. Enjoy! Note: Cups come in 3 sizes (Kids, Small, Large). Medium = Small. Small may be too big if you've had a heavy meal.

My boyfriend and I always have ice cream after dinner and this July 4th we were in the Gables close by. After our dinner, we headed 1/2 block away to Ben and Jerry's. We were there a long while back and wanted to try out the many flavors that it had. After perusing the wonderful varieties, I could not make up my mind but ultimately, tried the New York Super Fudge Chunk which consisted of chocolate ice cream with white & dark fudge chunks, pecans, walnuts & fudge covered almonds and my boyfriend had strawberry ice cream What impressed me about Ben & Jerry's is the portion. We always have our ice at Haagen Daz and their one scoop portion is much smaller than the one scoop portion for Ben & Jerry's. We were already filled up with our small cup and almost for the same price as the other place. Definitely, we are coming back for more at B&J!!! However, I will have to take more time in seeing what other flavors I am keen to!! LOL!

All I can say is OMG ( not in a good way)!!! The most expensive ice I had ever ate, for3 small scoops of ice cream I paid $17. My nieces and I passed by and wanted to get some ice cream on a hot Miami day. We each got 1 scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream. It was smooth and rich in flavor but not for $17. Don't go if you are willing to pay $5 for a small scoop of ice cream!

Not a terrible amount to say. The ice cream is great, all of the standard crazy flavors can be found here, the tie dye shirts are still worn by the staff, there is indoor seating, and as an added perk there are a few out door tables as well. I and personally hooked on Phish food, but cookie dough..mmmmm. I think I still come here over just buying at the grocery store because of my years in Vermont. Sitting here quietly I can pretend my way out of Miami and back to the mountains, even if for a few moments. If you are from New England, give it a try.

I and personally hooked on Phish food, but cookie dough..mmmmm. I think I still come here over just buying at the grocery store because of my years in Vermont. Sitting here quietly I can pretend my way out of Miami and back to the mountains, even if for a few moments. If you are from New England, give it a try.

Four stars because they're open late!!!! Till midnight on Fridays - woo hoo!!!! I don't know what flavor ice cream I had, but I know I liked it - it was something w/macadamia nuts, and anything w/that nut I love. Emilio had a strawberry ice cream topped with sliced bananas. Yum! Nothing like a nice little scoop of ice cream on a warm South Florida summer night! *Note: Only accepts credit cards for sales $10+ before taxes.
